Roasting

As  buy 1kg coffee beans  is soft on the palate and mellows into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a drink that can be consumed on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. It is a great match with vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that is just boiling will keep it warm. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water is then moved through the grounds using the plunger.
